Package arch.org · Version 0.1.0

The org plane — the teams, departments and guilds that own the system. These are the promotion targets for ownership: a bare aspect team: "Commerce" string tag graduates to aspect team: Commerce pointing at a real team module here — an org directory entry with a lead, a channel, and repo/oncall links. The org overlay then reads as its own plane: who owns what, which teams a department groups, where a guild cuts across.

Ownership stays optional on the base kinds (arch.backend) — modeling the org plane is opt-in. Import the kinds you use, e.g. use team, department from arch.org.
